The complex consists of 60 apartments ranging in size from 30 m2 to 200 m2, set as independent units with two or four apartments, each with private garden or large covered terraces and views to the countryside or to the sea, all with private parking. Twenty of the sixty properties, especially the larger ones, are summerhouses owned privately. In between the complex and the sea a beautiful stretch of parkland has been created with trees, plants, footpaths, a swimming pool, a children’s pool and two restaurants.
